Jutsu Creation rules

To create your new jutsu you first need to check that it already doesnt exist. I personally suggest naruto.wikia.com but can use leafninja.com. After that you need to do the following

Create a new topic with your characters name and the a ' - ' followed by the name of the new jutsu.

In teh topic you need to fill out this form

Your characters name
Your character Rank
The Jutsus Name
The jutsus Rank
The jutsu Elements
The jutsus Decription (Must be atleast 80 words)
How you created this jutsu (Must be atleast 80 words)
